This album is designed to document the progression of a child's School Years. The Elementary years are captured in Primary Colors and Shapes. As the years move through the Junior High School/Middle School and on into High School, the pages gradually become more sophisticated, signifying how the child is maturing. The colors used in the High School pages are muted and/or multi-colored, so as to avoid clashing with school colors.
There is an Introduction page so that all the interesting facts about the child's school years can be recorded. Each year of schooling from Kindergarten through 12th grade has a two (2) page layout.
The left hand pages have pre-made frames that are sized for the traditional 2x3 inch wallet picture that many parents receive in their child's school picture packages. These frames sit within a larger frame however, so that if you have a 3x5 inch or a 4x6 inch photo, your picture will be framed nicely. The right hand pages contain frames that are typically sized for 4x6 inch photos.
There is even a final spread to celelbrate Graduation Day!

Easy Scraps Photo Books are the easiest option for our beginner scrapbookers or those of you in a real hurry! They are designed to "Almost Complete". All you need to do is glue or tape your photos onto the pages in the areas left blank for you. We recommend double sided tape, since it will not buckle the paper like some wet glues can. And yes, that's it! You are finished!! We told you it was EASY!! They are a great gift idea for those friends or family members who have little time or don't own the craft supplies needed to make a hand-crafted album.
There is no cutting, inking or stamping required- it has all been done for you! However that should not stop you from enhancing these albums yourself, if you so desire!! You can stamp or adhere other embellishments to the pages to dress them up and add some dimension. In fact, email us a picture and we will add it to our Gallery.
For some of the Photo Books, there is an "Overlay" Kit available. These kits have a set of Frames and/or embellishments that can overlay the printed pages in the Photo Book. Easy Scraps custom frames are cut from beautiful cardstock, in some cases they are metallic and glitter for some additional bling. The frames used to decorate the pages are all sized for 4X6 inch photos, so there is no cropping necessary. Now THAT is Easy Scraps!!
Easy Scraps offers Photo Books in several size options, as well as several choices for cover styles. The Hard Cover style looks like a standard hard cover book, with a stitched binding. The Spiral Bound style has hard covers that are bound using a spiral ring binding. This allows the photo book to lie flat, and is our favorite option for a scrapbook. However, the choice is entirely up to you. For some of the Photo Books we also offer the pages only; that is, you can order the entire set of pages without any covers at all. The Portfolio Options is larger than Landscape format, at 12.5x10 inches. All of these Photo Books make great gifts! As a special treat, try filling the book with pictures BEFORE you give it as a gift!
